Pursuant to Article 94 of the Industrial Design Registration Regulations of Iran Law, in cases where the holder of a Industrial design assigns the license to another, proving evidence of such permission must be submitted to the registration authority for registration at the relevant office. In this assumption, the registration authority preserves the provisions of the license in a confidential manner & registers and advertises the license.
Needed documents:
* License agreement document legalized by the Iranian Consulate with official Persian translation.
* Power of attorney on behalf of the licensee legalized by the Iranian Consulate.
